The point being made appears to be that questioning someone's credibility or calling them a liar when they are guilty of a DUI is a bit of a stretch... Also, there's an officer on there who was found not guilty in court... Bringing up his name to drag through the mud when he was cleared of everything is a bit sketchy and could result in a being sued... Just an observation.
