I don't know what lawyer signed off on this story and the publication of this list being legally defensible, but a couple of these guys may have grounds to sue the department and WDRB for defamation of character. Putting everyone in one boat and saying they're all untrustworthy on TV is a good way to lose some money. Always be sure to ask a good PRIVATE attorney about what your chances of getting sued are.
