Chief said in his new policy that being able to testify in court was a fundamental function of being a law enforcement officer. Really? I know an officer who has been to court only 4 times in the past 3 years!!! He proved it to me in Courtnet and bragged doing so. Any officer can easily avoid going to court.

Curious, how did the chief fare in his deposition with T. Clay pertaining to attempting to discipline a narcotics detective and a lt. from the same unit, after they went to the innoncence project? Tried to give one his position back and take back the other's suspension days. ?????????????????????
