No, you’re wrong. The Brady Law doesn’t even require a list. It just requires that the officer and the dept. give the prosecutor any and all exculpatory evidence, including officer credibility issues, so that the prosecutor may decide if the exculpatory information should be turned over to the defense or not. Many officers on this list will have no future problems in court. Go learn something before you run your suck.

Sorry but whoever said "CAN NO LONGER" you're wrong.

The only way they can keep you from testifying is to prove that you can't. The only way to prove that you can't is to put you on the stand and establish why. Which means lots of time wasted determining why you can't.
