First, this is not N Korea. Second, the citizens that you serve are tired of your crying and screw ups. Bad morale is because you make it. Time to step up, but I feel you are best suited to step back. There are plenty of officers that do a good job and will step up if required for any detal.

I've been on for about 8 years; I don't see low morale. Yes, sometimes I get frustrated with the court system, but don't let it get to me. Geeze this job is awesome compared to other jobs I've had in the past. I love the autonomy, after roll call your pretty much on your own...just don't screw up. I think people that have low morale just have never taken the time to learn and understand KRS and SOP...so they get stressed out and keep making mistakes and then get upset (Brass doesn't have your back) This job ain't that difficult, don't let some thug or lawyer steal your pension. They will screw up again.
