Not an attack on any individual, but it's all a scam. People are looking for spots that will keep them off the radar as long as possible doing as little work as possible. Sometimes when they get power they will even create a spot for their friends. The ultimate goal is to fatten your pension and skate while doing your years of "hard work" unnoticed. More people are doing it than you would imagine.

actually she did not "leave" as much as be asked to leave or "go find a home somewhere else". That job in special ops was made for her to fill. Does not matter that she had no experience compaired to the other applicants to do the job she got it anyways. Everyone knew she was going to get it before she even interviewed for it. Just like the front office to keep moving people that cannot do the job or do not want to do the job to keep them from harming others. If you feel this is injust or the facts are not true, ask those in the unit she just "left" and they will tell you.

Again, a lack of knowledge. At least get the facts right. There are four Lieutenants in "Special Events", not Special Operations. Special Operations falls under the Support Bureau. There is one Lieutenant in Community Relations and now one Sergeant in Community Relations. Again, since you have such insight and knowledge of all these positions, maybe you can make an appointment with the Chief to enlighten him. Then, he can replace all of them with you and you can plug the names in. Gee, I wonder why no one thought of this sooner???? But let's not let the facts get in the way, right?
