Investigation into LMPD officer raises questions about his criminal cases

It didn't all begin with White. The house mouse species was indigenous to both JCPD and LPD. There have always been people who skate by sitting in an office on daywork and don't have any paperwork for decades. There have always been less favored people who can't get off bad shifts in the ghetto. The Command of both departments always had favorites who would get out of trouble and get the good assignments. The C-J even wrote an article about LPD handing out uneven discipline. It used to be difficult to even get hired without being a woman or minority unless you had family ties to the Command. It's a backwards city with everything run on politics and always will be.

Females can do anything they want in this department and it will always go away. They keep hiring the weak and it's gonna sneak up and bite them in the booth one day. You think crime is bad now, it's only gonna get worse and who is going be there watching ur back? The weak that worry more about their hair and makeup than protecting and serving.
