Investigation into LMPD officer raises questions about his criminal cases

LMPD is a low morale backstabbing department that's full of people I wouldn't trust to wash my car. It's not good at stopping violent crime, but great at stopping traffic for marathons. That's what I tell anyone asking me about becoming a cop. I hope to keep many more good people from making a bad career choice in the future.
