Meet the man in "The Mustang" -- LMPD's most feared traffic officer

I've never seen anything like it. I don't know why they keep this up and running. It's a complete joke and puts LMPD in a horrible light. Peter Grignon's story gets a measly 16 comments while the BS stories get hundreds of equally BS comments. And before you even say it, yep, I'm gone. My time is more valuable than this crap.
