I have driven all over KY for hundreds of miles many many many times and rarelyyyyyyyyy ever see a state trooper running radar. Hell for that matter I have drive arounf the region and rarely see State Police running radar.

You are full of it. Metro guys get more experience in certain districts in 5 years than some folks do in 20 years out in the state.
