Kentucky's pension is terrible for anyone hired recently plus the pay sucks in Louisville too. It's not the same job that it used to be. Merging into the Liberal Republic of Jerrystan ruined both departments. There are better ways to spend your life than trying to keep lawyers and political appointees happy for low pay in a dangerous job, especially if you have a degree.
