Judge dismisses police officer's lawsuit against WHAS radio personality Terry Meiners

An officer who is constitutionally unsafe is one you don't want to work around. Their decisions whether intentional or ignorant are a problem for everyone. I can think of a Lt. with Viper who was described this way by numerous co-workers. Liked to do his mulching job while on sick time also.
