How come nobody is doing any jailtime for any of these crimes? Are they just not guilty or is PIU unable to make a good case against them?

It does increase my stock. Along with all the other officers who are out there trying to do the right thing for ourselves and the public. I'm not perfect and don't pretend to be, but I am not a criminal cop like the examples mentioned. Nor am I a walking constitutional violation to the public.
