John Q. Public has other things to worry about than a police officer not writing another police officer a "traffic" ticket. Who freaking cares about a stupid traffic ticket (apparently you do and seem to hold it equal to a felony)? I have met people like you. Raised up on watching television and seem to think traffic infractions are serious crimes. You'd be the type who would call the police on your neighbor for parking more than 6 inches from the curb, but if you witnessed a murder you would be too chicken ***** to come forward.
