No it doesn't.

You are a complete moron. If you are an officer you will have a short career.

Equal protection is different than equal subjection semantically speaking.

"This means that when you refuse to cite or arrest anyone having a badge or their relatives, but you gladly cite anyone else, you are violating the U.S. Constitution."

Have I let officers go? Yes.

One difference is I don't gladly cite anyone else. I often give people that seem genuinely sorry and/or are obviously poor a break. I often refrain from giving someone that is obviously well off a ticket to keep it fair because I personally don't believe in the socialistic view of taking more from the rich because they can afford it. I have not given someone a ticket because they were especially kind and respectful. I have not given someone a ticket because I recalled me personally speeding earlier that day. I have given a family of four a break as they were obviously on their way for a vacation and I didn't want to ruin it. I have let nurses and doctors go. I have let a guy in public works go. The point is that the purpose of all of this is to gain compliance. For some that does mean a ticket. For some a written warning, a stern lecture or a polite request will encourage them enough to make them refrain in the future. I can be as cold and unflinching as the next guy but certain situations do call for a little compassion.
