I'm not worried about you...or any "specialized unit". I, for one, don't speed. I find it to look very embarrassing and selfish looking, especially driving a marked car. One the other hand, you forgot to answer the question as to when YOU have ever pulled over one of those speeding cruisers that you apparently have witnessed? You aint talking about nothing!
