Judge dismisses police officer's lawsuit against WHAS radio personality Terry Meiners

Not that I want to refer to this guy as a celebrity, but any other person that's job is in or on the media that has made a reference to someones race in a derogatory way has been fired or had consequences. Why is this man different? Paula Deen, Mel Gibson, That guy from Seinfeld, etc etc

Who cares? the lawsuit was frivilous anyway...his feelings were hurt so he tried to use the arm of the law to get even. Sorry Chump, we saw right through it just like the judge did.

The media practices subtle racism!! If a suspect is already apprehended by police, then what public service are you providing by naming the race of the suspect? In theory, you would want to broadcast the race of a person because it is part of their description if they are at large, but once they're already caught, no description is necessary. Yet race is usually mentioned, intentionally.

Why are all off days cancelled for the Balloon Race?...it hasn't been that way the last few years!

I wish the Jefferson County Atty office would be mandated to watch the real TV shows like Drugs Inc and Gangsters: America's Most Evil and see just how organized, violent, dangerous all these low level dealers and USERS are. Most people have no idea what goes on in every american city. I get tired of EVERYTHING DISMISSED/MERGED IN JEFFERSON COUNTY. I bet every cop can name a handful of either violent or habitual criminals on their beat that have 15 or more entries in courtnet. I'm talking about several hundred CRIMINALS with a combined 10,000 charges and I bet if you looked 9500 of the charges resulted in less than 3 days in jail. I get tired of polititians saying "We cant arrest our way out of the problem" BU LL S H I T.... Add 3000 beds to the jail, TAKE IN MORE THAN 1 P HU CK ING PRISONER AT A TIME... and you can raise me taxes and I bet you WE CAN ARREST OUR WAY TO A MUCH SAFER CITY.!!!!!!!!!!!

I just saw a commercial on WDRB were they are doing a story on Clarence Buford where they call him "the mustang" and talk about how he cuts NO ONE a break and interview him and he chuckles.....DEAR LORD!
