I assume the poster means the previous 2 times Camm was "convicted" of murdering his family. You do remember that being in the news right? That's how they've had 3 trials now, because the 2 previous "convictions" were overturned on appeal. So clearly there would be "previous evidence" to use, however the other poster is incorrect (if referring to the Camm case), the same evidence that hasn't been thrown out by a judge can be reused over and over again.
