Your lame argument is about the same as saying trees that fall in the forest make no noise if no people are around. The fact is that courts do not determine absolute innocence or guilt. If you commit a crime and are never caught, you still committed a crime. You're not alone in your view though. It's very common among criminals who've diagnosed with anti-social personality disorder in prison. They don't see a problem with breaking laws, just with getting caught.
