Listen to or read the chapter from O.J.'s book "If I Did It"

If you were acquitted of murdering someone and didn't actually do it, would you write something like this? At least he's sitting in prison for something else right now.

Why do certain people believe that if a person is found not guilty he is innocent? Remember it wasn't an accident that these two examples were charged. You have to be pretty sure of the charges and have some good evidence to get that in court. Also if you have a lot of money you can get a good attorney that knows how to beat the system. Camm had three trials that's a lot of time and info to come up with the who done it theory. Prosecution still has the same evidence. Defense gets lots of new tactics to "muddy the waters"

I had a case where I wasn't allowed to bring up previous domestic violence runs. The defense was trying to say the suspect didn't reside there. If I had brought up the previous times it might show the jury he did and that wouldn't be beneficial in his sweet innocent future librarians case

Lots of murders get aquitted........Even more murders never make it to trial cause witness get scard and disappear. The jury hears about 10% of a homicide file. Thats not justice

Look up the Mel Ignatow and Brenda Sue Schaefer case. It happened in Louisville. I think Ignatow was found not guilty of murder then years later he confessed to it. It was then too late to try him on the case in court again. It happens man.
