Heroin epidemic worsening in Louisville

I aint doing it...I'm against police work...someone recently stole my handcuffs and I didn't even care.

Not everyone who works in the old county districts sits at thortons all day. I look at the mdt every now and then to see whats going on and for the most part some(not all) of you guys who work in the west end are full of crap. There are 20 or so officers working at any given time, and from what I see there are a few beats that are constantly busy but the rest of the division aint doing crap. Unless there is a shooting or some other emergency run theres a lot of officers in the west end that are not busy. Some of you guys act like there is no crime in the east end. Believe me when I came here form the west end I was a little shocked by the amount of crime, but most of it is due to jerry shutting down the projects.
