Maybe dishonest, but not stupid. Stupid would be stealing OT money and then bragging about it on Facebook. People call any indiscretions "stupid". If I drive my police cruiser drunk, that is not "stupid". If I drive my police cruiser drunk and then tailgate with more drinks at headquarters, that is stupid.
