137 shots fired at 2 suspects with guns. One officer fired 49 shots and even climbed on the car's roof to fire them, although he doesn't recall that. I suppose he doesn't recall reloading his weapon several times either. Another officer fired their shotgun but had no target in mind when they did. If that's not the textbook definition of a bad shooting, then somebody should rewrite the textbook.

I concur about the number of rounds fired, WOW! I will say that it was a 23 minute chase - PLENTY of time for the thuglets to ditch n pitch guns from a speeding though.
