Yep, you said it so right. In my 23 years I have seen a lot of people charged with "slam dunk" cases only to have a jury hear all the evidence and decide it wasn't a slam dunk after all. I have seen a lot a officers fired only to have a merit board overturn the firing. A courtroom is no place for someone's inflated ego. Period.
