Dude...just shut the hell up. You are rambling like some CIT consumer. All this has to do with is some individual who is corrupt and has no business in law enforcement. And how else would you select a police chief? They are always hired by the chief executive officer (the Mayor) or a city manager, in cities that fall under that form of government. Are you saying the police chief should be answerable to no one?
