Our of Anchorage, Indian Hills, Prospect, and J-Town are small departments in wealthier areas. You can't really compare them with a full service department in a larger city like Louisville. I know for a fact that Indian Hills and Prospect don't make as much as LMPD for equivalent years of experience. Officers working off duty better make sure they're covered for all of the liability they take on. If you're not in an area where you have arrest powers then don't pretend to be the police. It be a shame
