I am mad that I don't play QB for an NFL team, and have to seriously consider this job offer from Gene Simmons.

He never worked "off duty" - there is no such thing as off duty when you are an elected - he was "on duty" any time he did anything law enforcement related. That's like saying Aubrey is "off duty" when he's lounging on his houseboat - he's never off duty. (Not that he would know how to even make an arrest anyway.)
