Indianapolis police shootings highlight balance between safety, cost

And I'll note, in the past, I've seen almost NO LMPD officers at officer funerals within the state. A lot turned out for Ellis's, a few turned out for Rakes. I'm told (didn't get to go to Taulbee's) that only a few showed up there. (I'm not counting the Explorers that were there to work it, they were assigned.) I have been to funerals in this state where there were zero LMPD officers at all.
