Indianapolis police shootings highlight balance between safety, cost

Plus, I don't recall any members of violent Mexican drug cartel groups or gangs like MS-13 or Cuban gangs from south Florida being arrested before the last few years. Things are definitely not getting better. If they're moving into the area, that's not a good sign.
