Indianapolis police shootings highlight balance between safety, cost

Who cares? Not the problem of anyone who's not wearing gold. If they want to give orders that aren't in keeping with the law, then the city deserves to pay out whatever the jurors decide. The regular officers will still get their pensions and sleep well at night. The career ambitions and petty threats of small time political hacks happening to wear a badge does not concern me that much.
