You are absolutely correct. I came out of my rut and started being proactive again only to find out my hard work was really pestering the court system. Some people will say I'm just disgruntled, but really, why would anybody go out on a limb and do more "work" when there is no appreciation for it, not to mention increasing your risk for complaints and natural dangers of the job? I will answer my runs, be professional, and never worry about stats again. Put me latewatch!!! You may be doing me a favor....
