just like the man who failed to comply with the sex offender registry and he lived a few blocks from a notorious murderer/ sex offender of a small child here in louisville and yes u guessed it...ammended charge of giving an officer a false name...HAHAHAHHA Jefferson County courts rock! Everyone but police officers are shocked when the next big crime happens cause we all see it coming time after time after time.
