You may be under the illusion that the police academy was West Point, and that you are an elite Airborne Ranger Special Forces anti-terrorist soldier rather than a patrol officer in a demoralized low paying low standards police department, but you are not. If you want to be elite, try going somewhere offering that opportunity. They will not like your attitude problem though.
