LMPD detective arraigned after shooting unarmed man last year

Commiting adultery on duty or on city property is certanly ground for termination. Try that in any other department with actual standards, unlike LMPD, and you get fired. But when a guy who shoots somebody while drunk doesn't get charged with assault 1st, anything goes on that kind of department.
