Don’t be silly. The only reason he got demoted was because he had an appointed rank. Had he been a Lt. he probably would have gotten five days for having sex on metro property. Adultery is not a crime. People f@*#k other people’s wives all the time. It has nothing to do with your job or how competent you are. What he did doesn’t even come close to reaching the level of termination. Quit being emotional and look at the facts. It was consensual.

Conrad is the LAST person I would ever believe. He lies and lies and keeps lying some more. Funny thing about lies though, they have a way of unraveling and the truth is eventually revealed.
