I hate to say, the soldier did tell the officer that he had brain trama and that his wife had moved to the country and could not remember the new address. I guess this is the reason they did not share the cruiser tapes with the investigators. There were citizens that knew both the soldier and officer that made the profile. The TP neighborhood assosiation and MIid City had been putting much presure to clean up the vagrant problems in the 5th. I guess the soldier was at the wrong place , wrong time,
