LMPD detective arraigned after shooting unarmed man last year

If you are scared of a 50+ year old man who Is handcuffed and has a box cutter that he could probably do more than back up to you and scratch you with then you are more of a slug than I thought!

What happened to all of your hand to hand combat training in the academy. I wasn't there on that particular scene but since then I have personally seen the police knock a handcuffed person off balance just to make them sit down. It wasn't a good shoot I don't care what you say and anyone that ever takes a stand to question any injustice against blacks you will automatically label as a POS extortionist.
