LMPD detective arraigned after shooting unarmed man last year

my car with 140,000 miles is fine and Iike it.... Looks good and runs good.. Been taken care all its life but I will say there are some very dangerous cars out there....its funny to see cars with old city strobes and old county light bars... those cars are nearly 12 years olds...not safe for police service.
