Nice try, I don't explain myself to civilians. U forgot what? How to cut ur grass? U r not the police go away! Go find some old person that's stuck in the past website. Also in my profession u retire after 20 so we don't consider our brothers or sisters as rookies up to halfway through their career. I doubt u ever were in law enforcement.

Not all experience has the same value. 5 years or proactive and professional policing in a high crime area is worth more than 30 riding a desk, hiding out while waiting for a run, writing speeding tickets, or being a boss over those types. People like to think they know it all about time they become burnouts though. Good cops don't take a condescending know it all attitude ever.
