15 years ago the criminals had a little more sense. Now they just blow people away with the police watching. Back then Louisville never had the out of town groups like today either. People like to look back and think times were tougher for them than the new officers, but the main disadvantages of times past were the equipment and less advanced medical care if things went bad. I get tired of new guy arrogance, but I also get tired of older officers preaching from their desks and east end beats.
