Metro councilman to fund overtime after Hikes Point shooting

That is the dumbest thing I have ever read in my life. It is not the laws. They are fine. You have to make lesser deals when witnesses refuse to show and testify or the case was weaker from the start or juries suck and juries decide the sentence.
