Could someone make the corrections and send to the Chiefs suggestion box!!!!

They should have fingerprinting devices, digital cameras and breathalyzers at each division to let officers book and release suspects. Suspects don't need to go to jail unless they're a physical danger to others. Judges R.O.R. the vast majority anyhow. If you're waiting on Corrections or the Sheriff to fix the problem, you'll be waiting a very long time.

Why does everyone call him Colonel Aubrey rather than SHERIFF Aubrey - it's like he's embarrassed by that title. He was never (either at the PD or in the military) a full Colonel anyway.
