I thought all Sgt had to go to patrol first. if not it was veryyyyyyyyyyyy few. They chief needs to be stronger and DEMOTE some of the slacker asst. chiefs and Majors.. If you want that spot you need to work hard in you assigned area and have ur troops repect u so u work hard...
