Are you going to claim that all those people that spoke on the news were his mother or him too? There were a lot of people angry that the family received any settlement at all.

If you can't see her negligence, then you must be her sister or mother or father etc. Right?

Personally, I believe him when he says that he thought the speed limit was higher on that stretch of road and that he sped up to try to go around her. He never claimed to be going 40 and never claimed to have not sped. Truth is - we have all sped at some point.

The grand jury spoke, the department spoke, the lawyers spoke in the civil suit. It is OVER. You can scream until the cows come home but it isn't going to change the past.

Now - On to other topics, specifically the one that we are supposed to be commenting on. Pearson should not be judged by things that happened 10 years ago either. The past needs to be the past. The lawyers and the department will figure out if his allegations about whistle blowing are true or if it was never a factor.
