Wow. So as long as you make money for the city it's ok to do something stupid and get sued. Brilliantly stated. No wonder there are so many lawsuits. No one cares apparently. Basically do what you want and if the city gets sued who cares as long as you contributed to the general fund at some point right? Hmmmm good to know.
