Louisville Metro Police Lieutenant fights for his job

The confession of Jarrell came to one of our detectives here in Louisville. When he tried to give it to the agency handling the case he was told to keep his flipping mouth shut. They didn't want the truth coming out because it would make them look bad as well as shady in how they handled Susan's case. Because that detective did get permission to turn over the evidence he was kicked out of narcotics for doing the right thing despite what command ordered him to do. Once this detective was transferred out he was continually harassed and other officers were even told to stay away from him otherwise they would be disciplined.

So yes, what should have been handled by the other agency wasn't. When someone had the guts to come forward within our agency he was punished. So for any to say "whats the big deal" needs to sit down somewhere and ask themselves just how criminal is our own department to react like this? Seems to me there are criminals all around us and some even wear nice brassy uniforms.
