Hello ..yet another "old City guy" representing the PD in the right way. Now how are you going to defend him ...I remember making runs to his house in the 4th after he kicked one of his skanks out with no clothes on and she was running down the street. Oh but he is a "good Guy" right. That is the typical answer to guys like Harper and the rest of the misfits
