BS.... every year there is a new great program that will bring the public in cooperation with the police. That will make the police look good. That will let people see the police have not given up on the. As for your statement of it cost little money and volunteers do the work is even more BS. IT cost the salary of every officer there. It cost us manpower on the street that we DO NOT have to spare. IT cost the officer to work a beat him/herself because someone is playing with the kids trying to teach them what their parent(s) should have taught them. It cost us plenty but seeing it is for the west end (again) we will look the other way and say it is justified. Show me where this is going to benifit the community besides letting the officer know who the toublemakers of tomorrow are going to be.
