Living in the west end is not a team sport. No resident of the west end is responsible for anybody else in the west end but themselves. When you realize that, you will be less likely be inclined to grouping everybody in the west end as needing to fix the problems of the west end. "Stop the breeding" has racist overtones you will surely deny but you aint fooling noboby.
