How can you say people are getting promoted because they are on somebody's good side? LMPD promotions are done by a test, not handpicked promotions. The promotional process seems to have the highest level of integrity to me. It's not in the control of LMPD, but is administered by the Civil Service Board. You don't know what you're talking about.
